Since 2018, Tram has been practicing as a counsellor and is honored to work with Saigon Psychub, providing counselling and psychotherapy for adolescents and adults navigating emotional and psychological challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, and related issues.

Her practice is grounded in a strengths-based, person-centered approach, integrated with evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR.

Tram believes that each client is the true expert of their own life. The role of counselling, in her view, is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, rediscover meaning and inner resources, and move closer to the answers and solutions they seek. She looks forward to understanding and honoring each client’s unique story within the therapeutic space.
