Professional Experience:

With over 15 years of experience across the fields of Education, Real Estate, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Ms. Thu-Ha works closely with Saigon Psychub to provide organizational development services. Her work includes designing employee engagement initiatives and developing learning and talent development programs for businesses and organizations.

In addition, she serves as a consultant to managers and leaders in building HR systems, enhancing people management practices, and fostering individual wellbeing in the workplace.

In the area of career development, she works as a career development consultant through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) for organizations. She is also a lecturer and career advisor for high school and university students, and has served as a mentor, leader, and core member of numerous career guidance initiatives supporting students in their transition from education to the workforce.
