Professional Experience:

Ms. Thuy-Van works primarily with clients experiencing childhood trauma, inner child healing, grief and loss, stress, depression, anxiety, and postpartum depression.

She incorporates yoga and meditation into her daily life and practice. Currently, she is a Classical Yoga instructor, guiding Pranayama breathing techniques and applying yoga therapy to support individuals experiencing anxiety and depression.

In addition to her clinical work, she also has experience in Training and Human Resource Development.
